We Are Now Hiring Gardeners in Lincoln, MA (2024 Season)
As a locally owned company, Alden Laurel is dedicated to designing, building, and maintaining residential landscapes in and around the communities of Concord, Lincoln, and Weston, MA. Our skilled team, consisting of landscape designers, project managers, and meticulous gardening crews, collaborates closely with our clients. This collaborative approach ensures a tailored response to their unique location and goals, resulting in inviting spaces that seamlessly blend with the natural environment.
Gardener Responsibilities:
Perform various gardening tasks independently and as part of a team, including weeding, pruning, transplanting, and planting.
Monitor plants for pests and diseases, taking proactive measures as needed.
Install seasonal container plantings with creativity and attention to detail under the instruction of our container designer.
Maintain accurate records of work hours and tasks completed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in gardening or landscaping (minimum 2 years preferred).
Plant identification of perennials, annuals, and invasives.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Own reliable transportation for commuting between work sites.
Enjoy working outdoors and capable of handling physical demands.
Positive attitude, reliability, and dedication to the craft.
